    Stanley, in the building where the maritime museum is. No traffic, 3 or 4 restaurants there, good view.

    Is L16 back? Tried to go there a few months back and it was closed down.

    It has re-opened but different restaurant, SE Asia/Japanese I seem to recall when we passed a few weeks ago.

    thanks I will have to check it out. I liked the old one a lot - partly because of the alfresco dining as well as it being decently priced.
