Cheapest possible bedding accessories and eating utensils?

Hi all,

I'm going to be an exchange student in Hong Kong this year. I only will be there for 9 months, but still I need some stuff, like bedding accessories (duvet, pillow + bed linen), and eating/ cooking utensils.

Where I can get those things cheaply? I've already looked up IKEA and it's not really that expensive but not particulary cheap either. Since I'll use all this stuff for less than a year I don't care about quality too much. Low price is a priority for me.

I'd be gratefull for any tips
