Therapeutic ice pack/cold pack for injury

Where is the best (read: cheapest) place to get those ice packs with the blue gel from?
If possible I'm looking for shaped ones that come in a strap/wrap/pouch especially fitted for a shoulder, elbow, knee, etc.

Also, I'm looking for one of these Thera-bands for tennis elbow therapy FlexBar

    Thanks!

You can buy those at mannings. Not sure it's the cheapest or not.

On a related note, I've heard that recent research shows that icing may be counterproductive for healing an injury although it will obviously help numb the pain some. This article/video is a bit hard to digest, but has some interesting information in there. Got the link from a friend who is a personal trainer.

Hmm, thanks for the link. Y'know, I probably shouldn't even ice based on that. Saves me some hassle!
