Yes but they have things more for the athletics they don't have many home gym/exercise equipment as kettlers, even in kettlers or other fitness equipment shop don't have resistance band for push up they have other bands but not for push ups, Seems like I cannot find in Hong Kong its quite surprising thou. If you know please let me know.

In that case probably easiest just to order online from overseas. I find Amazon carries just about everything and delivers pretty fast. Quicker than running around all over HK anyway.

You are right but the freight charges will be 2 times more than the item so I thought if I could find in Hong Kong then I dont need to pay so much money... Anyways really appreciate your help, I think that's the last thing (buying online) I could do.
