Vertical Window Blinds

Finally made it to Hong Kong.

Looking for recommendations on a place that measures, manufactures and installs block out vertical blinds. Preferrably on HK Island.

There are many places on Queens Road East that will do this for you. Also a place near Stanley Market. But it's much much much cheaper if you measure yourself and have it done at Lowu Plaza in Shenzhen. Quite often, your removal company can come back and install for you for free (included in the price). I know Asian Tigers does it...
