Don't think so. You can check with them.

You can get the mailing address and contact info from your selected consolidator (better in Guangzhou or Shenzen), when you place order with seller, ask him to send the parcel to the consolidator. Once you check the tracking info and know that all parcels arrive at the consolidator, you then notify him and ask him to quote total volume and delivery charges to you. They usually charge the 1st 2kgs at RMB 15, next 1 kg RMB 5. After you agree the charges, he will key in the cost on Taobao, you will then pay him as what you do as usual when you shop at TB.

It's worth to use consolidator if you buy heavy and bulk orders. Usually TB sellers will offer free shipping to Guangdong province.
As of today, I got following three parcels received by the Guangzhou consolidator. I advised him those tracking#'s and he confirmed receipt after checking. And I told him that there would be one more parcel arriving next week (as I will place order by this Sunday to get rid of the peak period due to the Double 11 campaign this week). Once the last parcel reaches the consolidator, I will contact him to quote price on Taobao for me to make payment. If you pay before 21:00, the parcel will reach HK in the next day. It's easy!

Tracking info : 优速快递 运单号码:668077227xxx from Jiejiang (just copy and paste from 'what I have bought)

    http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=14445615175
Tracking info : 申通E物流 运单号码:668547979xxx from Jiejiang

Tracking info : 申通E物流 运单号码:668337376xxx from Beijing

If you ship the above individually from mainland to HK via SF, you will have to pay at least 35x3 = 105. But if you use consolidator and vendors offer free shipping to Guangzhou, you just need to pay the delivery charge from Guangzhou to HK. First 1 kg is HKD14, the next 1 kg is $4.50. Let say if the above three parcels are within 3 kgs, I just need to pay HKD23.

How you use them? You need to sign up with them? If you need to contact them with instructions it seems a bit complicated.

No need to sign with them, just communicate via “wong wong“. You can put things in basket first, when you want them to be shipped to HK, place orders on the same day so that goods will arrive the consolidator in 2 or 3 days. Once the last parcel reaches them, you can give them all tracking#' and arrange delivery.

Just placed order for 2nd lot. Total five parcels, 4KG, delivery cost RMB27.50. Just simply copy and paste the tracking info from Taobao and send to the consolidator, he will reply as below :

    511824708hai(2013-12-02 17:30:14):

    511824708hai(2013-12-02 17:30:22):

    4KG

Then click 'pay' and ask him to revise the amount. So easy! He will dispatch the parcel to Hong Kong tonight, and I will get it by tomorrow afternoon in MongKok. My friend's office is in Wanchai, she always receive parcel in the next morning. So efficient!
