Vacuum cleaner with water: what is best/where to buy?

I want to buy a vacuum cleaner where the air goes through water, as I heard that this is more efficient in terms of eliminating dust. Also, apparently one can clean one's mattress and pillows off these insects that dwell there. And curtains off the fungus.

Does anybody have one, and are they actually better than the usual ones?

Which model is best? Where can one buy one (except the obvious: Fortress)?

    Thanks!

The one I have (Rainbow) run closer to $20k. Overpriced in HK but the wife wanted it so we got it. we even leave it on in a room , and it cleans the air - it actually works though I think it is quit inefficient as compared to a dedicated air cleaner like IQAir/Alen/BlueAir.

I did a demo with pro aqua. It's cheaper than rainbow and made in Germany. We decided on a Dyson instead just because of $$$
