    Vitamins?

Where can I get my vitamins? Is GNC my only choice? Any similar vitamins stores?

Prefer to order online, more choice and cheaper.

Vitamins are also sold by the usual chemists- Watsons and Mannings. There's also Nature's Choice on Lyndhurst Terrace for those that feel the need to pay amusing amounts of money for their supplements.

Thanks everyone. Which online sites do you use?

Try iherb.com. I get a lot of my supplements from them.

Thanks for that one! I keep on having to bring stuff back for my father... makes my suitcase very heavy! How's the shipping costs at iherb? I don't want to create an account with them yet just to find out.

I usually stock up when I travel back to Canada and have friends visiting us to bring some. Other times, I will buy them from GNC.

What about the threateneing note at the bottom of the iherb site about import taxes, customs duites and quarantine fees?
Or is that a generic warning that does not apply here in HK?
I'm looking at a US$140 order, if that makes a difference.
