Storage Unit Auctions in Hong Kong?

    Hi Guys!

I am wondering if there are any open to public auctions for Storage Units that have not been paid / expired like in other countries. Usually when people don't pay the rent for a certain period, the content will be put up on auction, not sure if that exists in Hong Kong too though!

    Cheers

Never seen any in all my years here so far.

My guess the storage owners just sell off the contents privately when needed.

Check the news. Elon Musk paid almost $1 million for the Lotus used in a Bond movie. A couple paid $100 for it at a unclaimed storage auction.
