There is a shop in Wan Chai, at the back side of CCWu building, that sells stroopwaffles. Its a big shop and certainly cant be missed.

    Also starbucks sell them.

Prizemart has also more yammie Dutch cookies. Try them, you will love it!

I've come across 2 PrizeMart shops in HK so far:

One small store in Mongkok, along Sai Yee Street (closest off corner from Argyle Street end), and I think it's just before Fife Street junction.

The other one's close to Causeway Bay but on Wanchai Road, think near The Charterhouse (hotel?) and less than a min's walk from C.C.Wu Building. This store's slightly bigger and better stocked - and where I get my jumbo packs of almonds/walnuts, muesli, ramen, soba and Japanese condiments from!

Here's a photo off the web of shop-front in Chinese:

PrizeMart??? or PriceMart pictures from southeast asia photos on webshots

Sorry, I couln't get it any clearer but just google Prizemart and you 'll find the addresses.
And they sell speculaas. Unfortunately no drop but a lot of Haribo candy. And do you know how Dutch people eat the stroopwafel? They make a nice cup of tea and then they place the stroopwafel on top of the cup. The caramel melt and get soft. Yammie! Eet smakelijk!

Prizemart is not a Filipino store. It is a store selling predominantly "bulk" items and are mostly US made and/or branded
