There's a cheap and cheerful shop selling them (presume they're cheap chinese knock offs) at a shop in Cleverly Street, Sheung Wan next to a public garden. (just down from Jervois street)
Talking about comfy boots, has anyone found knee-high boots for big calves?
I can't seem to squeeze into the boots here!
To OP's query, no, Hong Kong is not the right place to be looking for ugg boots. None of the right kind of sheep for thousands of miles in any direction for starters, and secondly we are within the tropics here. It can get a bit chilly in winter, but not usually enough to be wearing uggies!
@jgl - you're right about Aussies having "ugg" as a generic term. I would have written that little rant of yours if you hadn't
@emypie - I understand! I've had to order mine through landsend.com .
Saw them in Lai chi kok, in a proper ugg's box and everything... probably "From" the factory in china
