    Good quality SOFT mattress

    hi fellas,

moved to hong kong from New Zealand for almost two years, I've had enough with mattresses which claim they offer the best back and shoulder support, switched a few mattresses but all they did was to make my back and shoulder muscle even tenser

maybe I am too used to motel-style mattress, you know, those super soft jelly bed with super soft pillow, ah, comfy aren't they?

any nice suggestions on SOFT, preferably SUPER SOFT mattresses that can be found in hong kong?

    cheers,
    Vince

well Vince do you want soft or do you want your back not to bother you?
The absolute bestest is a float chamber where you sleep on 10 inches of epsom salted water

there used to be a float centre on Peel street till a couple of years ago. a session there energised you to quite unbelivable levels.
unfortunately getting your own tank cost around a 100k and needs a small bathroom to be given over for its installation.
a cheaper and ultimately more practical alternative is one that I use now. An excercise mat on the floor with good down pillow.besides a good nights sleep and kudos from your back you will have all this space in your bedroom from not having a bed

I'd recommend going over some of the FAQs on Epinions.

Very informative in my opinion, if you want to become a KnowItAll on mattresses.

thanks for the opinions and the site guys
(the epinions website is awesome, loaded with information)

an exercise mat is a good idea, I even thought of buying those japanese style mattresses and set it up in my room, but only to find out how dirty my room has become only within days of cleaning from scratch, dust piles up (again) just after two days !
so sleeping on the floor (well almost) is no no for me

I suppose I'll have to continue my quest to find the comfiest mattress for me with trial and error style
