Don't you mean "Silicone Rubber Glue" - like for filling cracks to prevent ingress of water?
That sort of glue is good for stopping liquid entering and leaving, & makes a "super" glue to
secure other things together.
Household & building stores should be able to supply it.

Sigh. If only we had some sort of a Home Depot.. even a sorry halfassed imitation would be nice but DIY interest just not enough in this part of Asia to form critical mass..
