Just FYI, found another shoe repair place in Shun Tak Centre, shop 288B on the second floor.

    Andersen Shoes Repair

Looks like a very good outfit. From what I saw they offered a range of soles including vibram.

Didn't have time to find out prices, etc.

I asked a similar question before and I think it was @imparanoic that recommended this repair shop in CWB. They can repair goodyear welt shoes as well judging on their photos but I've no experience with them:

@pin yes, I like them. The lady takes time to explain things. Prices are normal/cheap, I think.

I got a pair of C&J repaired there last week - just added a Topy like rubber half sole and replace the heel with a JR heel - $660 - so much more expensive than Pedder Lane stalls. But much much better quality.

Just today, I dropped off a pair of old Churchs, before they got bought out by Prada, so better quality Churchs. I'm getting the full JR treatment - sole and heel $1600.

Will share pictures when I get them back.
