Hi guys,
Need your help here. actually i've searched here for good Bagel, but seems all the threads were pretty old.
Just wondering where people can get good BAGEL, by good, I mean like New York's.

It wasn't great, but the Bagel Factory in Soho was the best bagel place in town... 'long' gone now.
Maybe I should try to get a good recipe for bagels from somewhere and we can make our own - my grandfather was a baker

yeah, Bagel Factory....gone. heard about Manhattan Bagel....gone.... I probably asked the wrong guy, but City's Super/IFC didnot sell Bagel.....?!?!
Have you guys tried Bagel from TASTE, the supermarket? Great Food Hall in Pacific Place?

I sometimes get one in Starbucks (they usually have a choice of plain, everything and onion...served with cream cheese) - They are usually not on display past breakfast so you just need to ask the Barista what they have got.
They toast them for you and they are decent...we do miss the New York ones too
I know that Pacific Coffee has some too but don't know what they taste like...otherwise IFC and Taste sell them in the frozen section.

Doesn't Archie B's sell them? Not 100% sure whether it does or whether the bagels are any good. Perhaps someone else does...
