Where to get hiking/camping fuel in HK (butane/propane canisters, alcohol)?

Where can you get isobutane/propane camping canisters in HK? This kind:

Preferably a good brand and not some nasty Chinese kind which will block-up the stove with residue. Hiking stores don't seem to have them, although they sell the stoves which need them! I tried to ask where I could get fuel but the guy didn't speak much English and told me something along the lines of "it's better to buy something else", maybe a white-gas stove, but I'm not interested in that.

Also, where can you get ethanol/methylated spirits which can be used with an alcohol stove? Preferably in central/sheung wan? I tried a couple of local hardware stores and pharmacies, but neither had anything, and didn't really seem to know what I was talking about.

You can buy the gas canisters at RC Outfitters. They have branches in Causeway Bay and Mongkok. The staff speak good English and are helpful.

Doh. I went to all the usual places except RC outfitters as I got bored of going around and figured they also wouldn't have them. Thanks, I'll go check them out.

As for alcohol for alcohol stoves, they actually did have it at my local pharmacy, but you just have to know what to ask for so that they understand you. For anyone looking, I found this old geo thread with a photo of what you need:
