Being a US expat, I'd like to attempt to celebrate the Thanksgiving tradition here in HK. Haven't looked that hard yet, but does anyone know where to buy a turkey (frozen is ok)?

Park N Shop, Welcome all have frozen turkeys this year. Norbest, Butterball and a couple of other brands I've not heard of.
Here are the quotes I just got from Three Sixty, in the Landmark:
Shelton Organig $120.50/kg
Butterball $68/kg
Norbest $45/kg
Hope that helps.
Great has them, with online ordering: great - Online Order Form (available from now, despite the the Xmas title). But 4 days notice needed, so be quick.
$140-$260/kg for US turkey
$260-$390/kg for fancy French ones
ParknShop takes turkey orders for thanksgiving and christmas. It might be a little bit late for place an order for Thanksgiving, but you can give a try to call: 2186 3388. I ordered Norbest for christmas, $16.9 / lb.
