anyone know where I can get a weights bar?

I found one on carousel but they didnt respond to my offer. New or second hand is fine. I know I have one... I just can't find it! Now doing solo Pump classes on the roof of the boat (thanks @rani ) but not easy without a bar to put my weights on!

Yeah. I only need the bar though. I guess I might have to buy a set!

EDIT - and Yikes they are expensive! I might try another rummage through the misc stored junk first... its got to be here somewhere!

Joinfit seems to carry a range of decent quality equipment. Fast delivery. Probably not real cheap though.

    Something like this?

Thanks. It's just the bar you put round flat weight.on. joinfit seems to have them for a price (with the weights). Thanks.

I'd recommend them- I ordered something last week, had some questions they got back to me within half an hour with sensible answers which obviously involved some thinking. Then when I sent in a message to clarify delivery instructions on Sunday, someone replied to me within a couple of minutes, again with something that made sense.

Ordered Thursday, delivery was made Monday.

Oh, if you're buying a set of weights, just be aware that there's a shortcoming to the octagonal style in that Rebook link. If you use octagonal weights to deadlift, if you put the bar down and the edge of the weight isn't flush with the ground, the bar can roll back and slam into your shins.

Well done you! I tried to do a pump class last week but struggled. Am so used to doing short heavy reps that 1 song is too long for me.

Cheaper alternative would be to use resistance bands. Takes up less space too.
