I presume you have a Taobao ID.....

1.) You sign up with Topexpress

2.) Take not of our Topexpress ID number

3.) Add you address in the Topexpress website

4.) Enter their delivery address on Taobao with your Topexpress ID number

5.) Buy on Taobao

6.) Enter the courier name and track # on the Topexpress website

Updated 6.) Enter the courier name and track # and item description for customs on the Topexpress website


7.) When you want to ship it - release the items you want them to ship

8.) Chose the delivery service to HK, of the pick up location if you prefer that.

9.) Pay the Topexpress delivery charge

10.) Enter the pay transaction on the Topexpress website


Well, not that easy after all. But once you done it it's just a few clicks.

Let's say the amount is RMB24.50 - you go to Topexpress on Taobao and buy 23 x RMB 1 plus 1 x RMB 1.50

One little thing I like to add: Topexpress is using mainly HK Chinese and Taobao simplified Chinese. When you add the local express company this can be confusing at times. Print out the PDF, it can help a lot.

Topexpress has changed their local delivery. I usually select -

"Top special price line in the industrial and commercial district" - which has been next day delivery.

This time it took 3 days. Apparently, I should have selected the one highlighted in the image attached.
