@rainylin I regularly see that prices on Amazon US are cheaper than iHerb (with the exception of sales like this..). And yiu get free shipping for orders over 40 or 50 usd.

Thinking to get a women's 50+ multivitamin for myself on iherb that you take only 1 tablet a day, and wondering if anyone here can recommend a brand / something they have bought on iherb and works well for them? Saw this Super Nutrition Simplyone, lots of good reviews, though levels of most components seem quite high, i.e. Vit D3 is 3000 iu, etc. though I don't know should I really be concerned..
