Hktvmall - problem

Hi guys, is there any way of contacting hktvmall? I bought some trousers & wanted to change the size - but there's no way of calling them, it just constantly rings. And then I booked a slot for them to collect the item but then they cancelled the slot for no reason

As I have to return the item within 7 days, has anyone got any contact for them? Tks

have u tried going to an actual HKTVMALL shop, find one nearest to you and go have a talk with the staff inside with the products.

No luck with their live chat on the customer support section of the website (I don't have their app)? Seems driven by some chat bots, but you should eventually be promoted to connect to a live chat person thingy.
