Yeah, Twemco would not have popped into my mind, but it's very cool that a company is still making those locally. I've been thinking of picking one up, on and off. Edit: I looked them up again, and remember why I keep not getting one. Bloody expensive for the wall mounted ones!
Others, which are probably not associated with HK in the minds of most:

https://www.markaudio.com/ iirc, Mark Audio used to be HK based, but it looks like they moved across to China recently.
Cafelat Robot
Not "favorite", but most memorable when I first arrived. The graphics were slightly different and the L was a different letter. It was on a tram.
Naxos music was founded in Hong Kong, I believe. They still list a Cyperport office. Their recordings were a favorite of mine in my teens and made a lot of music accessible to me. Always wanted to go "visit" the headquarters, but I'm sure it's just a boring office...
https://www.naxos.com/aboutus.aspNaxos was founded in 1987 by Klaus Heymann, a German-born entrepreneur based in Hong Kong.
Lately, Omnipork aka Omnifoods has been a great success in my book. Love their omniprok!

HK Brand I used to admire: Cathay Pacific (right now its a shell of its former self of course, but believe it or not, there was once a time when it was a respected and admired airline around the world, hard to imagine now). Also Maxim, the restaurant group, I used to be a frequent patron, but after 2019, not anymore.
HK Brand I admire now: Star Ferry (still a nice way to cross the harbour), Vitasoy (soybean local drink, took a liking to it after my first taste) and HKTV Mall (they carved out a niched as an online sales platform during the pandemic, props to them).
HK Brands I don't quite admire yet, but is taking a liking to: Aji Ichiban (despite its Japanese sounding name, it is a local snack brand, I like the taste), Giordano (ready-to-wear clothes, reasonable prices) Goods of Desire (nice clothes at affordable prices), Wing Wah (local Chinese cake brand, famous for their moon cakes).
