The USelect branch in Sham Tseng has never known how to look after frozen products, be they Tesco or Morrisons; we frequently see cardboard packaging that is wet, misshapen and torn, suggesting episodes of partial thawing and refreezing. Avoid!

I hope the other store managers do a better job...

Are any branches still in operation? Back after being away from HK for 6 months and all their stores in TST are gone. BYD has taken over the one on Chatham which was previously an icefire..

They closed one on Wanchai Rd, there was another by the Marks n Spencer near Wanchai MTR that may still be open for now.

Can’t say I’m surprised. Can you explain why we need two Fusion’s in town? 😀 The one near the bowling massive and is never busy

Personally, I never gravitated to Uselect, probably because not being Anglo Saxon, culturally it never ignited any desire for me to go there. Too junk foodie and sugary for my palate.

But, if I was living in Sai Kung again today, I'd definitely drop in to Cyrille V's Delicatessen, as I grew up around neighbourhood Delicatessens. For hard crust breads, saucisson and mousse de cannard au foie gras!

Also the Fusion in Centro Plaza was where we did our main family food shop, $2000hkd sometimes twice a week lol which is why it doesn't need to be busy. Because the average shopper spends more. Plus parking up stairs on the top floor was convenient. Overall quite a chilled shopping experience.
