How are Yoho's prices so low compared to Fortress, Broadway websites, etc?

PS I upvote for built-in pro for white goods; they recognise my whatsapp number so as a return customer, i get pretty good service. for electronics, there's a few stores I regularly use that has high ratings on price.com.

I hate fortress with a passion, but don't mind to use broadway occasionally if the price differential is small.

YOHO operate on a B2C model. They only have 2 flagship stores in CWB & Cheung Sha Wan and a shop in Kwun Tong.

Their overheads are considerably lower than Fortress/Broadway as they have fewer stores and overheads, hence can charge lower prices. As with most retailers, large items are delivered direct from the manufacturer.

I normally check on price .com and order from retailers with good ratings. I just ordered a new split AC using price, delivered and installed within a week.

For privacy reasons, I don't want to post the exact refrigerator I am buying. But in general, you can just check some random refrigerators at Yoho, and compare the prices of them to Fortress and Broadway. The prices are generally lower at Yoho (I also saw comparable low prices at Built-In-Pro).

Well I'd just like to see any fridge that is 20% cheaper. It doesn't have to actually be the one you're ordering.
