Has anyone checked out the new supermarket in Wanchai ... Vole'? Just wondering if it is comparable to City Super, Great, Olivers', etc, and worth a stop.

Bit worried about a place that promotes itself as a "cosmopolitan lifestyle supermarket" - shit I just want to buy food. All I can think from the website is that it is going to be pricey.

Hm, didn't mind the ol' CR Vanguard up there... Nothing fancy, rather basic, but still nice cheesy-ham pancake wraps (Chinese-style).

I admit to being a sucker for 'western-style' markets .. not sure why. Although I love living here, the semblance of home one gets from shopping in those types of markets is comforting.
