Wouldn't it just be cheaper to keep the place clean?

Given the compact conditions of the HKSAR Bugs can jump from apartment to apartment relatively easily and it is not uncommon that entire floors and buildings can be infested with bugs.

i dont mean to scare u but one of my friends started getting bites on herself that sound alot like what you are getting. they didnt itch and they were pimple like with pus, small and red and it was all over her body. she had no idea where she was getting it from and would wake up with new ones regularly.

she went to the doctor and turns out after lots of tests (hk doctors seem seem to never be able to diagnose things right away) she found out that it was a symptom of lupus. he gave her medication to treat the lupus and luckily the "bites" went away...so id really get it checked out by a gp if i were you.
