Hoping someone can give us some advice ... We had some custom furniture made from Artura Ficus. The bed was delivered and looks okay. The couch has the wrong size cushions and the covers are sewn incorrectly in many places. The fabric (which we paid extra for) has all sorts of flaws.
Silly me paid the delivery men the balance with a check when they delivered. I called our sales person right away and sent pictures like he asked, and he agreed over the phone to help us. But despite many cordial phone calls (which we make to them), and visits to their shop, they never actually proactively make any arrangements to come get the stuff or fix the problem. We thought because they have been in business for several years that they would be reputable, but they are so shady.
Any recourse here? Has anyone else had a similar experience? Is there a consumer agency or something we can appeal to in HK?
Any advice appreciated!
