What do you mean by good? Do you mean "high quality, delicate and pricey" or do you mean "cheap and hardy"?
For the former, the usual department stores. Choose according to your budget- Wing On, Sogo, Lane Crawford. If you mean the latter, Japan Home Centre.
Pacific place has a high end fine china shop, I think it was on the first floor, same level/side as Hong Kong records. As does UNY/Jusco in Tai Koo Shing for more middle range ( DYNASTY brand ) fine china as well as modern porcelain tableware.
Ikea also tends to offer a simple range of modern round or square minimalist styles of white porcelain plates bowls etc.
