Presumably free coffee, simply check your receipt for instructions. Visit https://www.mystarbucksvisit-hk.com enter an ID from your receipt, fill in a stupid questionnaire and you get another ID to give back to Starbucks shop for free coffee.

I had one of those a while back, but my understanding was that you had to be randomly selected and given a specific receipt with a code on it. Surely it can't work for just any receipt otherwise this would effectively be an open-ended "buy one get one free" offer.

I had those a while back as well and I'm very sure PDLM is right about it. They give them on a specific receipt with a code on it. Without that code you cannot enter the survey
