Okay, this could be a slightly weird question but I’m not really a grocery-shopping type of person: Where can I find lard in Hong Kong? Is it generally available in supermarkets or is it a bit more obscure?
I bought some at CitySuper. To make it more palatable, melt it down, let ti slowly boil for a minute,store it in a glass conatiner, this way it is not so hard and awful looking.
