I think this might be more of a UK thing - washing powders for clothes are distinguished between biological (ie containing enzymes, which do a better job of breaking down particles, stains etc) and non-biological (which do not contain enzymes, but are gentler and less destructive to fabrics).
Are there such differences to washing powder in HK? I've taken a look through the shelves in the supermarkets, but the washing powders on offer seem to be generic, or at best they might offer colour-protective ones, but not biological/non-biological distinctions.
I need non-biological washing powder for special fabrics (gore-tex jackets, thermal underwear etc) and would appreciate any help. Thanks!
