    Antique restoration

We havw now safely arrived in HK but are still dealing with some of the aftereffect of our move, namely need to get some dings, cracks, and scratches in a few pieces of antique (mostly Chinese) furniture fixed. Any recommendations for restorers would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance!

(Sorry if this is not the right category for this question.)

I haven't used any personally but if you go to Queens Road East in Wanchai, there are a number of Chinese furniture shops who advertise that they also do repairs and restorations.

    Good luck.

You definitely don't want to mess 'em up by going to the wrong place, so I'd wait for recommendations.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. Have seen the shops along Queen's Road and while it seems that they know furniture in general, I am not sure they appreciate/understand antiques.
So, any recommendations still much appreciated...
