    B&Q shutting down?

I went to Megabox yesterday and went to B&Q. Saw a "Clearance Sale" of 40% and lots of empty shelves. Are they closing and leaving Hong Kong? Anyone knows anything?
The shop looked like they are closing within a week.

There was a thread on here about a month ago saying same thing and yes, it appears they really are closing. A pity but not surprising.

ah thanks... searched for it but the search function on geo isn't really useful.

seems they are closing down very soon, not next year.

The search function is fine - that's how I found it. The problem is that "B&Q" is for some reason not a string that it will search on. I found it by searching on "Megabox".

It is also possible to use Google to search the Geoexpat site, thus: http://www.google.com/search?q="B&Q" site:geoexpat.com

I think your second sentence proves the first sentence to be incorrect ... being unable to use the term B&Q to search for information on B&Q would appear to be my definition of "the search function on geo is not very useful"!

But the ability to search using google is useful... agree there.
