They are called LiiiLiii (I kid you not).

For men's shoes, Kow Hoo Shoe Co. - Custom Made Shoes although it is more expensive than Liii.

Mr. Elle got shoes and a briefcase made at LIII LIII in Afmiralty Center and raves about the quality. They are not cheap though.
