What is it used for? Only thing I can think of is check chungking mansion or onw of the middle eastern country embassies.

Check out the various health food stores around town.I would suggest Healthgate as they manage to get quite a few strage things in and might even consider sourcing it for you.
They do have powdered goat's milk
I wouldn't mind this
