Grrr - Parknshop are driving me CRAZY!

Does anyone else have a problem with Parknshop delivery service?

Firstly - the website seems to be really unstable; stuff just appears or hangs or goes missing etc .... but that's not my real beef .. my real beef is the fact that they deliver the WRONG stuff ... it's happened a couple of times (almost always I order the "light" or "low calorie" version of a product and the "normal" version turns up)... happened again yesterday with some Ribena, so I rang up, so they arranged to re-deliver the "correct" item today ... Mr Movingin07 took delivery (and being male did not bother to check it!) - and guess what ? THEY SENT THE SAME THING BACK AS THEY TOOK AWAY ... also wrong.

Anyway, Mr Movingin07 is not going to sit around for another day waiting for delivery so I give up. Can anyone recommend a good online grocery that will deliver to the GC?

We've never had a problem with deliveries from Park-n-Shop.

does wellcome deliver to your neck of the woods?
we've never had problems with pns delivery except they just leave the stuff outside without ringing the door bell.
360 delivers too.

for this reason, i prefer to go in and buy what i want, THEN have that delivered.

Happened to me a couple of times. This only bothers the misses because I don't order wacky products containing those words "light" and "low calorie."

what i find amazing is that someone is actually walking around the store and doing the shopping for you.

Thanks. I might try Wellcome although now the wellcome in GC has changed into a marketplace so I'm not sure if they are the same thing!

Standard fair for HK, geoexpat.com falls over a bit too many times too.
