Where to Rent Musical INstruments

HI,

IS there any shop that will let me rent a musical instument?? Like an Electonic Drum set or a wah wah pedal for my guitar, or even a DJ mixing equipment??

I don't think you'll find a store anywhere in the world that would rent you a wah pedal on a long term basis.



Tom Lee will do rental on musical equipment for gigs, but that is at standard pro rates and really only a short term proposition. Same with effects - usually only rented for a gig or recording session.

Can't comment on DJ gear.

If you are looking to explore musical ideas, then a better and usually more economical approach might be to just buy second hand.

Yea, I tried finding as well.. I guess I'll just have to buy a second hand. Thing is, I wanted to rent an electronic drum set, coz I dont stay in HK for 2 weeks, then go to UK for work, come back for 2 weeks, goes on n on n on! So, renting wud've been the best option.
