    Non-stick cookware

    Hello,

Which brand of non-stick cookware is good? i want a hard-anodized one. No to Tefal, doesn't last long, the coating peels off easily even how careful i am in maintaining it.

Check out the basement of Wing On Sheung Wan - if they don't have it no-one will. They do lots of demonstrations with their cookware too. Sogo in Causeway Bay probably have something too.

Meyer is a pretty good brand. You'll find it in Wing On & Sogo!

Also check out the Japanese Titanium stuff on sale at Wing On. Its non stick and has no coating that comes off. Its a little more expensive than non stick stuff but lasts a lot longer.

Try Circulon or Calphalon, I've been satisfied with both. On the Wing-on net, they are listed as Meyer.
