went to western market..couldnt really find any sewing materials..just fabrics..i also tried some bookstores/stationaries and i really couldnt find any pattern paper waaaaaaah

For sewing accessories you can try Pottinger Street - the part between Queens Road Central and Lyndhurst Terrace. Fabrics, sewing accessories and sewing pattern all in one place - Spotlight. I'm afraid it's the only place where you can get everything at once in Hong Kong. For fabrics I personally prefer the shops in the lanes (west lane) from Western Market.

Hello I live here in Hong Kong and just started sewing, I have a problem where can I buy a rotary cutter and a cutting mat. It seems like it isn't popular here, I've been to Sham Shui Po but coudn't find someone who sells it. I also checked out some stationery shops but couldn't find any. Anyone knows where can I buy these? I will greatly appreciated any informaton that I will receive. Thanks.

try Taobao.com as well. They have lots of that stuff for really good prices. But you must have someone to help you to translate what you need into Chinese.
