    Meat

There are some earlier threads that discuss where to buy quality meat in Hong Kong but i would like to revisit this if anyone has new ideas.

I'm struggling to find Prime Rib for Sunday roasts that i know has been aged for a reasonable amount of time. Great / City Super don't seem to be provided with this information by suppliers.

Can anyone recommend a reliable place where they have had particularly good meat from?

    Many thanks,

Have you tried Tenderloin? They also sell meat from grass-fed animals (no antibotics/hormones) although they are grain-finished.

Thanks Claire - I did try Tenderloin and they are certainly an option, i was however hoping to find a place that sold meat not previously frozen.

    Many thanks again,

There is also Meatmarket.hk to try. Some of its meat has never been frozen. It sells frozen stuff too. Not sure about the aging though. Worth a phone call.
