Yesterday I send an e-mail to my faforite shop in Luohu shopping mall and they will be closed on February 14, 15 and 16. I asume this will be for all the shops and some may be closed for a longer period.

Most shops in that mall will definitely be closed for Chinese New Year. Hard to say for every little shop but most of them close for at least a month around Chinese New Year.
