    flat hunter, yes, you are correct. we use the frozen meat place, not the chilled meat.

    we only discovered them before christmas but are EXTREMELY happy with them.

    i will say, that their t-bones can sometimes be tough, but i'm just going to start marinading them.

    as for FOOD,INC., i lived on a farm. i know what happens to at least some of the food...

    the causeway bay shop is actually on the border between CWB & happy valley.

    it is right across from the craigengower cricket club. i can't remember the name of the shop, but it is right on the corner. in the morning, there will be a queue outside.

    when you go in, you will see that on the pillar there are prices. you tell them what you want and off they go to find it in the freezers or to cut it for you.

    Do you recall if the signs on the pillar are in English or is everything written in Chinese?
