    Breadmaking flour or breadmaking premix

Having dug our breadmaker out of the cupboard and made a few batches with some breadmix we purchased recently in NZ, I'm reminded what decent bread tastes like .... warm and freshly cooked

However, I only see tiny bags of flour in supermarkets at high prices .. is there somewhere I can buy bulk loads of (WESTERN STYLE) breadmix or strong flour (both plain and wholemeal)?

I know what its like paying the outrageous prices in City Super or even in Park N Shop for the Waitrose flour etc.

Below is a place I found - never used it but was recommended by someone at work.

    Bakingwarehouse

Second the recommendation for Baking Warehouse, they're also an on and off advertiser. Number of mums on Geobaby have bought baking supplies from them.

We are planning to go and find it tomorrow.

EDIT - just reviewed the info and no, we will not be going tomorrow as it's shut. Maybe later in the week...

There's a place in Wanchai as well. Can't think of the name.

I seem to be having trouble posting on this thread. I cannot find the address on the above links because they seem to be only Chinese - can anyone tell me where the shops are and if they are open today?

(I hope this post works, without the quote....)
