Leaving HK, need to withdraw MPF

I am leaving Hong Kong and would like to withdraw my MPF. I need to know how long is the process as I would like to plan my departure accordingly.

I have accounts with Manulife, BOCA-Prudential and AIA.

    Thanks in advance!

Manulife told me it will take a month.

Should be the same across all providers - assuming that the paperwork is done correctly. If I recall, the withdrawal time frame is a mandated requirement.

Can I ask, how are the funds given - cheque, bank transfer, something else entirely?

I'm leaving HK too and am in the process of withdrawing mine from AIA.

I've heard that AIA takes three months to give you your mpf money. I don't know about others.
