Returning to HK after previously leaving and claiming MPF refund

    Hi all, some advice please.

Previously (2017-2018), I lived and worked in HK. Upon leaving, i went through the process and received my refund for my MPF payments.

Rather unexpectedly, I have the opportunity to return and work in HK. This is great, but does anyone know of any difficulties I may experience returning to live here? Will MPF stuff all be okay a second time round and will i still be eligible to claim refund of my MPF when i eventually leave again in the future? Are there any other difficulties that I may anticipate?

    Thanks in advance!

I believe that you can only 'permanently' leave once. So, your second mpf will stay in the account until you are 65.

Thanks for the quick reply! I had just found similar info too.

I wonder if anyone here has any experience permanently leaving HK more than once? Also, does anyone know how difficult it is to claim MPF at 65 from oversees?

    Thanks!
