Airport lounges at HKIA, open or closed?

Am doing the “Escape from HK” run this Saturday. It has been a few months since I’ve flown anywhere, so I’m unsure what the situation is like at HKIA. Does anyone know if Star Alliance lounges are open? I think the open air United one would be best, but I’d consider using the Singapore one if it isn’t busy.

The Plaza Premium lounge near Gate 1 is open.

As there were so few customers, it was actually quite a comfortable experience. They encouraged me to order food (freshly cooked).
