    Where to buy Liquid Egg Whites?

    How/where can I get pasteurized Liquid Egg Whites in Hong Kong?

    Not as big a waste as having a product air freighted from north america.

    You can also freeze egg whites for later use if you have any left over from a recipe that used the yolks.

    don't separate. 1) waste of egg yolkes 2) waste of time and effort.

    City Super sells egg whites. two types: one is kosher (rediculously priced at 80$), the other one has much more reasonable price of 45$.
