Summer is back and so is Windsurf Coaching and Tuition.....
So here it is an invite from Jerry to teach Windsurfing to whomever during these balmy sunny days.
Oh and to allay any fears this will be done as a proper course and note the equipment compared to 10 years ago has changed a helluva lot. I'll have you up and moving by middle of Day 1..!
We'll do it over 1.5 days on a Saturday and Sunday, so you'll need to commit all day Sat and Sunday half day. (Sunday PM you can stay on and I'll still be there to give tips and further coaching if you wish)
From 9.30AM-4 PM on Saturday and 10 AM-2PM on Sunday, yes that means you have to get up a little earlier.....!
Cost: HKD2300 for the two days this covers the rental of the boards and we'll feed ya too!!!!!
This includes 2 Days worth of:
2 Instructors
1 xBBQ Lunch + two soft Drinks (on Sat)
Gear Rental (board, sail, life jacket)
What you'll need:
1-Old Sneakers or those wetsuit boots, something bascially that will stay on your feet and protect your toes and feet from any rocks you bump into.
2-Gloves (if you want..!) the type you use for sailing or diving that are cut off at the finger tips.
3-Rashvest or a helluva lot of sunscreen, your choice.
4-Boardshorts or similar
5-A wee bit O' patience...!
6-Extra Water, though you can also buy there at the centre too.

folks
seems like old thread however does anyone have any experience of windsurfing in Stanley in winter? I windsurfed for a while in Singapore but its been a while (still have the id from sg school), would I need to do any kind of certification in HK?
Anyone wana join this winter or coming summer?
Cheers
