Has anyone recently (within the past couple weeks) been able to use their 24 Hour Fitness membership at a California Fitness gym (guest sign-in)? Which gyms have worked/not worked?

It should work at all clubs. I think you can use it for 1 month at a time but I know people that use it for a few weeks, take a week off ..rinse n repeat.
They claim to still be part of 24Hr Fitness however TST club no longer displays the 24 Hr logo. Please keep us updated if you have any issues using your card.
