hi. i found two schools in the directory for arnis. i was hoping to get some feedback from anyone who has been to their classes.

also, any reccommendations for boxing/muay thai places? i saw some people talk about fighting fit, def, impakt, etc, but the posts were a bit old.

I recommend a Muay thai gym on Hennessey Rd Wanchai. I have been going there for around 1 year and prefer it to others i tried.

i've been doing arnis with the keat group for about a month now. great fun and good people. it is easy to see that the instructor really loves the art.
